Europcar makes life easier for its customers with freeDeliver
Europcar has just made it even easier to rent its cars with the launch of the new freeDeliver service. Customers who book a car for 2 days or more will be able to take possession of the car at home, as well as return it, without having to pay any additional fees. This new and unique Europcar service reflects the company's desire to make life easier for its customers with each booking.
Customers who live within a 22 km radius of a Europcar agency can wait nicely at home for their vehicle to be delivered, as well as return home without going through the agency at the end of their trip.
Ken McCall, the director of Europcar UK, believes that there is a great demand for this kind of service, as customers do not want to waste time collecting and returning the rental vehicle.
